OPERATOR:
*Learn and Operate our equipment (including 5 axis machine)
*Fabricate parts, products and other items from blueprints, drawings, instructions or samples
*Produce quality parts/products accurately and on time
*Maintain a clean and organized shop area
SHOP MANAGER:
5+ years supervising a machine shop and/or Journeyman Machinist or Tool and Die Maker
*Supervise all aspects of the machine shop
*Motivate, inspire and Lead other Teammates by example
*Schedule & Meet Deadlines
*Delegate work
*Program and Set up Jobs to meet client accuracy standards and time deadlines
